Clients reviews about Top Level Construction - Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, Decking

I reached out to Rudenko Construction from yelp last week Tuesday, I got a response super quick and the next day I got what I believe to be a reasonable quote from them. We put our deposit in and they came this past Wednesday for what was supposed to be a two day job changing a 10 foot long piece of siding out from wood to hardee board because we had wood rot. They finished in one day! They were super nice, very communicative and organized, clean and orderly. Their manager came to set them up, then came after to inspect and take our final payment. I usually am leery about hiring people we or one of our family or relatives don't know, so I'm so happy the high reviews on yelp were correct. They did a beautiful job and if I had to do another project I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. ~ Lisa M

Very knowledgeable and very professional. I received 3 quotes for this project, Top Level was right in the middle , however, their initial analysis was much more thorough and they provided more detail in their bid. It gave me confidence they could do the job correctly. Then I was extremely impressed with the work that Vic performed and communicated with me every step he was taking. Whenever there was a decision to be made when alternative options were available, he clearly explained each of them and never recommended an alternative that cost more. When I asked about options out of scope he simply referred me to the supervisor Dmytro. I really appreciated not being pressured to upgrade. Lastly, on a daily basis he sent pictures to Dmytro on his progress, while Dmytro would periodically come onsite to check everything, good quality control. ~ Lee C

This is my second time working with Rudenko Construction, and I couldn’t be happier! The first project was a kitchen remodel, which turned out so beautifully that it became my favorite spot in the entire house. Naturally, I called them again when I needed vinyl flooring installed, and they exceeded my expectations once more. From the free estimate to the final installation, their professionalism was outstanding. The team worked efficiently, completed the project quickly, and delivered top-notch quality. The pricing was fair, and the results are fantastic. I genuinely love working with Rudenko Construction and will absolutely choose them again for any future projects. Highly recommend! ~ Anna B

I am so happy with the bathroom and shower remodel Ihor did. He was easy to work with, showed up on time, and really listened to what I wanted. The tile work looks amazing, and the new shower turned out even better than what I pictured. He paid attention to the little details and kept everything clean and organized while he worked. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The bathroom looks fresh, modern, and so much more functional now. Professional, timely, and craftsman work. What more could I ask for. Dmytro evaluated a few medium sized projects and gave me very honest and insightful recommendations. We chose to go with two of the projects. Vic spearheaded the on sight work and did a beautiful job. They went above and beyond in terms of making everything solid engineering and looking good. In hindsight, we provided limited instructions/requests and they made some executive decisions that were outstanding. Hope to get the opportunity to work with them again in the future. ~ Adam S

I have been using Top Level for several projects. Dmytro is a terrific supervisor and project manager. He is always trying to find the most cost efficient and aesthetic way to plan our projects.
